Cools permanent colour creme.

Provides a neutral to cool tone. Permanent colour creme is ideal for neutralising warm undertones, whilst achieving up to 70% white hair coverage. Perfect for all colour techniques.
The IGORA ROYAL high-performing formula features a high definition colour pigment matrix for clear tone direction, enhanced true-to-tuft results, amplified intensity and maximum coverage.

How to use: Mix the permanent hair colour creme 1:1 with IGORA ROYAL Oil Developer 3% |10 Vol., 6% | 20 Vol. or 9% | 30 Vol.
Always wear suitable gloves and protect the hairline. Do not apply the hair colour within 2cm from the hairline on the first application. Apply a neutralising shade to that area last to prevent over-pigmentation. Development Time: 30-45 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.
