An intensively nourishing balm designed for targeted care of sensitive, irritated and redness-prone skin. The rich formula combines zinc oxide, a liquorice derivative, active fractions of sesame oil and botanical essential oils to help quickly restore a feeling of comfort to the skin. The balm helps soothe discomfort caused by irritation and reduce the visible signs of temporary redness. Its protective base helps minimise moisture loss, softens the skin and protects it from adverse external factors. Particularly suitable for targeted application to areas where the skin is dry, sensitive, irritated or red.

Key Ingredients

  • Zinc Oxide - helps soothe irritated skin and forms a protective barrier that shields the skin from external factors.
  • Liquorice Derivative (Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate) - an active ingredient with soothing properties that helps reduce the visible signs of irritation and temporary redness.
  • Active Fractions of Sesame Oil - help nourish and soften the skin, support its protective barrier and reduce discomfort associated with dryness.
  • Lavender Oil - complements the skin-conditioning and soothing properties of the formula.
  • Thyme Oil - a botanical essential oil that complements the active ingredient complex and helps maintain the skin in good condition.
  • Protective Lipid and Wax Complex - mineral oil, microcrystalline wax, ozokerite and paraffin form a protective layer on the skin, helping to minimise moisture loss and keep the skin soft and comfortable.

Suitable for: all skin types, particularly sensitive, dry, irritated and redness-prone skin.

How to use:

  • Payot Crème No.2 L’Originale can be used as an overnight mask. Apply the cream to the face and leave it on overnight. In the morning, the skin will feel soothed, soft and supple.
  • For an immediate soothing effect, apply a generous layer of cream and leave it on for 30 minutes. Remove any excess with a cotton pad.
  • To help prevent irritation and redness, apply a thin layer of cream to areas prone to sensitivity, irritation or redness.
