Description

N NEUTRALIZING SINERGY: A neutralizer for organic perming with a neutral pH, it preserves hair color while providing exceptional softness, elasticity, and excellent combability.

Diagnosis

A key aspect of lotion selection. Diagnosis is essential to assess the condition of the hair by its structure and density in order to correctly choose the biowave formula, the size of rods, and the wrapping technique.

Natural hair (fine / medium / thick) with a healthy and resilient structure – P0, P0 + “GiveBack”
Natural, colored hair with a good or slightly weakened structure – P1, P1 + “GiveBack”
Bleached hair (low developer volumes), porous, with a weak structure – P2 + “GiveBack” It is recommended to use smaller diameter rods.

Application
Step by step:

Wash hair with Sinergy 8 Punto 5 Pre-Treatment Shampoo (pH 8.5) to ensure proper opening of the hair fibers, or wash twice with Y3.1 shampoo from the Sinergy HairCare line or F shampoo from the B.iO line.
If the hair quality is unsatisfactory, carry out full hair reconstruction (phases 1 and 2) using “GiveBack”.
If combining perming with “GiveBack,” add GiveBack reconstructor to P1 or P2 perm lotion in a 1:10 ratio (e.g., 5g “GiveBack” + 50g perm lotion).
Blot excess moisture with a towel and wrap the rods. While wrapping, keep hair moistened—do not let it dry out.
Carefully apply the selected perm lotion to each rod using an applicator. Be sure to use a cap. No additional heat required.
Let the product develop for 10–30 minutes, checking curl elasticity every 5 minutes.
Without removing the rods, thoroughly rinse the hair with plenty of water.
Blot excess water from each rod without unrolling.
Apply the neutralizer to each rod using an applicator. Leave on for 10 minutes. Without rinsing, unroll the rods and apply the neutralizer again to the hair. Leave on for 5 more minutes.
Rinse hair thoroughly with water.
Apply a suitable mask – Sinergy Y3.2 or B.iO (hydrating), or Zen stabilizing mask. Leave on for 5 minutes. Note: If using “GiveBack”, apply Phase 2 “Intensifier” cream instead, for 10 minutes.
Rinse with water.
Complete the perm procedure by styling the hair with Fix curl cream and using a diffuser.

Recommendations
To enjoy long-lasting curls:

Do not wash your hair for at least 48 hours after perming.
Avoid using household shampoos or daily-use shampoos.
At home, use shampoo and mask from the Sinergy Cosmetics Care line or the B.iO line, whichever suits your hair type best.
For styling, use CurlLockFix cream from Sinergy and LuxAquashine shine spray.
